      Pros

      Great employees, reasonable pay with overtime opportunities. Opportunity to learn many new skills and where many different hats. Good location with a lot of outdoor, recreational sports.

      Cons

      Sometimes I wore too many hats and I wasn't able to have a clear directive on what was the highest priority.

      Pros

      As a small company, I had a lot of opportunities to work in different roles. Over one Summer, I learned the basics of a machinist, programming and operating 5-axis CNC machines, helped in production, learned about hardware, helped in design.

      Cons

      It is still a small company so the feeling of community is lacking 5 percent of the time
