Pros

Leadership truly believes in working around life, and not the other way around. Everyone on the team brings deep product expertise and are willing to share knowledge. Super intelligent team. Not the typical tech company, no hype, hoopla, just really great people solving complex billing problems. No egos. The product solves nearly every complex billing issue, making us a leader in the space. Wonderful time to get onboard. The benefits are wonderful on all levels. We work hard, yet again, life is first. Many people are traveling and exploring the country and the world while doing great work for a game changing product. This is fully supported and cheered on. Best company I've worked for.

Cons

Processes and documentation is still being built out. This is hard for some, especially those who come from large orgs with these things already in place.

Pros

Very good compensation and benefits package, supportive environment, fully remote, unlimited PTO, freedom to work at your own pace, plenty of time to shadow and learn on the job before being held to any (totally reasonable) utilization metrics.

Cons

Growing very quickly, can get busy and stressful at times, but not unmanageable for folks with a good work ethic and decent critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills.
