Pros

The CSM team is truly exceptional. Laura, our new leader, is incredible, and the entire legacy staff is bright, talented, and welcoming. While our products are niche, our customers are very forthcoming with feedback, which creates a dynamic and engaging environment. If having great teammates is a top priority in your career choice, I highly recommend our Customer Success team.

Cons

Zone is very much still in startup mode. Although the products when well implemented are delighting to the customers, the process to deploy are still a work in process.

Pros

Zone & Co is hands down one of the best companies I’ve had the pleasure of working for. The culture is deeply supportive, collaborative, and innovative. Leadership is transparent and genuinely cares about employee development and well-being. There’s a strong emphasis on work-life balance, and flexibility is respected. I’ve had the opportunity to grow my skills, take on meaningful projects, and work with some of the most talented people in the industry. The focus on cutting-edge technology and automation solutions keeps the work exciting and impactful. My role pushes be to be best the best and helps me to grow my skills as well. This is a fast passed company and a supportive environment.

Cons

Every company has growing pains, and Zone & Co is scaling fast, which means processes can sometimes evolve quickly. However, the team handles change with open communication and a can-do attitude.
