      Ability to build new pipelines Funding and desire to improve their tech stack Python used ML and Data Science opportunities

      Cons

      RSUs had a 1 year vest cliff, so no juicy equity compensation until you've done your time Promised to give no raises for 18 months once I joined Removed their equity compensation protection program soon after I joined Weird layoff process where people had 1 hour to say goodbye
