      no promotion or raise in salary after years and continuous layoff throughout and also not a lot of opportunities to grow your career

      Good benefits during the time period I was there, including some monthly purchase perks; Lifetime free Zoom account after you leave

      Cons

      Too much chaos, they have grown too fast and within the same team people weren't aware of what their peers are doing. It happened multiple times in my team, where two people were working on the same issue without knowing of each other.
