      - good pay master for those from grade A colleges.

      Cons

      - always work work work, more stress - as business works on PST hours, its hard time for IST folks to interact with stateside folks (EST,PST] - bad work culture. they don't care what you are going through

      work-life balance highest pay compared to other places I interviewed at easy workload little to no micromanaging if you messed up, they are very forgiving. fully remote

      Cons

      Filled with so many talented people. That is a good thing, but it can get VERY competitive to get promotions.
