      I've been working in Zoom for half a year and I love the simplicity while aiming to deliver happiness culture of Zoom .Everyone is so nice and willing to help you whenever you need it. The mail goal of the company is delivering happiness to everyone to our customers, our employees and our communities, etc. If you are looking for a place you can find your clear career path while enjoy it.Come to Zoom!

      Though we already have three fabulous free lunch weekly, we'll be thrilled to have free lunch for the whole week:)

      Pros

      Just joined Zoom a couple months ago, but I have been in the web conference space for over 10 years. Zoom is exactly the kind of company I was looking for in my exhaustive job search. It has the family feel that makes communication flow easily between teams and departments. The CEO is genuine and cares for your personal and professional development. As I meet other teams to understand their needs, it's very refreshing to see that we're all working toward a common goal. We are growing together as a family, and working as a company to deliver happiness. Thank you Zoom :)

      The only con I find so far is having to wait to see what the future holds for all of us.

      Pros

      I find it pretty unique to work at a place where you know 100% in your heart that the company is moving in the right direction and changing the world in such a beautiful way. It's really hard to describe how positive of a working environment and company culture Zoom has, but let me try to put it this way... I have worked at a number of companies, where I've held this exact same role, and this is the very first time where I've found myself getting excited on Sundays because I know that THE WORK WEEK IS ABOUT TO START UP AGAIN. Almost bewildering...

      Cons

      As we continue to grow and hire more people, it's going to require more of a commitment from each individual to preserve the culture that makes this place so special.
