Pros

Lot of changes to increase access to care. In particular seeing Medicare patients and utilizing Athena as the electronic health records system which connects to other healthcare systems. Exciting time to work at ZoomCare with lots of great people.

Cons

Fast-paced work environment which is perfect for some but not all.

Cons

They replaced their technology stack with an off the shelf solution. I understand why they did it. If you are not a technical worker it is a great place to work. If you are a technical worker, look somewhere else.
