Set Schedule. It's urgent care, the work is what you would expect.

Cons

Poor management, many from non-clinical backgrounds and do not understand basics of clinical practice. High turn over, constant change, frequent layoffs due to frequent the company changes . 1% annual raises when expectations are being exceeded.

Pros

Clinic providers are amazing people and I loved every minute I worked with them.

Cons

I had 8 different managers over 2 years. All of them with a different strategic vision and only one of them was truly interested in building a highly effective and successful team. They were let go in a re-org.
