      Pros

      Great culture. Great product. We ensured we hired engineers who worked well with others, knew their stuff, and took responsibility for their contributions.

      Cons

      They changed direction in the middle of a big project and laid off almost the whole tech department. :(

      Company pays really well, direct manager concerned about work-life balance, schedule works well with my family’s needs

      Cons

      Requesting for equipment takes a long time. Overall management of the whole company is fractured in some aspects, there are cracks that might make it fail sustainably.

      Too many responsibilities for the pay offer. They don’t hire nurses they just trained clinic associates a nurses job to save money.
