Coworkers are great Providers are great to work with They train you to be a phlebotomist and eventually a medical assistant Really an awesome opportunity if you're willing to put your head down and get experience in a new field rolling with the punches.
Cons
Management doesn't do a good job of making changes quickly You can't get a straight response for problem-solving from them They get caught up in numbers and focus too much on the business side of things and consider the opinions of management more than the opinions of medical professionals Really just remember a lot of things like management trying to get us to pressure patients to sign up for wellness visits and get meds through zoomcare pharmacy.
