Cons

Management - both middle management and upper Pay - to low for Clinic Associates especially those with MAs or real certifications. Work day structure - 1st half or second half of the week. If you get stuck with a 2H schedule you ALWAYS work Friday and Saturday

See how healthcare works. A good start for anyone interested in the field

Cons

For two months I almost never got to eat lunch or use the restroom, let alone a break. Training is very poor. I was not well prepared. The ZA slack channel can be helpful for gaps in knowledge, but most situations require immediate turnaround. Any mistakes are then called out loudly. The company and managers don't take feedback seriously. I asked for extra training and was denied. The "help team" doesn't support the clinics the way they should. In fact, it often seems like they're on an opposing team.
