      Pros

      Fellow coworkers are great to work with.

      Cons

      Management is completely out of touch with the moral of the workers. Can't seem to understand that continual layoffs might be stressful. They have no idea what they are doing and the story changes daily. It really is as bad as the ratings on glassdoor. Don't waste your time.

      Pros

      ZOOM+ was very successful at recruiting talented, passionate people who worked hard and worked well together. The team believed in the mission of the company and went the extra mile to keep things moving forward.

      Cons

      The leadership started with a great idea which truly changed the world of healthcare. However, rather than stepping back and hiring a talented executive team to lead the growing company; progress was hindered by lack of clarity, changing priorities and micromanagement. Breaking the mold by focusing on quick appointments, easily scheduled on your phone or computer and free online chat grabs headlines, but a company that then complains that their tech team is too expensive and doesn't want to continue to invest in it can't possibly hope to support the infrastructure they have built.
