Pros

As a fresher, I couldn't have asked for a better place to start my Career. Team Members and Mentors are very supportive.Everyday got to learn something new. Workload is decent, so you can easily manage your work life balance. You will have good amount of time in your hands to learn new things and work on your growth as per your pace.

Cons

There is not that much to complain about. Just for couple of days in a month you will have to work for extra couple of hours as ZoomInfo works with US folks mostly. Even that's not necessary , it depends on the priority of the work.

Pros

very helpful mentors, can reach out to anyone infact to the US team for any doubts, The plus USP is the training which they give before working on any project/cases, yearly incentives and hikes are there, You will love the work culture. Dinner is also provided with shift allowance if you are in night shift.

Cons

no complaints till now, its been 1 year and i am really enjoying it, specially from coming from north india i didnt thought will survive in south more than 6 months but just because of the work, office i love my job and zoominfo, living in chennai is not a big problem for me now.,
