      Pros

      I have been with the company since 2019, and my manager really makes the position a great place to work. I have seen the company pyramid model turned upside down in other positions; however, this is the only company I have seen where my manager has put it into action. Management is genuinely there to help with your success.

      Cons

      Sales culture is very much a part of the business. So even though I do not work in sales, it is a big portion of what drives my work.

      Fast pace, new challenges daily. Pays well if you perform.

      Cons

      Constant change. Don't expect to stay past 2 years or have a life. Even if you escape a layoff, you will burnout. Leaders play favorites. Managers ask employees to write glassdoor reviews to hide the negative comments and inflate CEO ego.
