Great training, quick ramp, fast-paced. Can make a lot of quick wins if you push down on the gas hard

Cons

Boiler room type environment, fratty boys club vibe. Not a lot of room for upward mobility. No room for worklife balance. You’re looked down on for taking more than one pto day in a row. Forget about vacation.

The SDR program is intense and a hustle, but you will get a great experience. Coworkers and managers are awesome.

Cons

You are always expected to do more even if it is not stated, success is not controllable, and work-life balance is nonexistent.
