      Pros

      The HR team provided a complete picture of Selection process Each round has a definite evaluation criteria. Never faced any duplicity in the evaluation. Good culture and the management will provide higher visibility and encourage taking self-initiated projects Hackathons at Department and Org levels.

      Cons

      Lengthy process; due to the level and critical nature of hiring. HR provided updates why they took an additional round. Organisation is still getting matured in many process, however this keeps the journey pivoted to a start-up culture.
