      Management and Leaders are horrible

      Pros

      Developers and Engineers are some of the best in the world, and are extremely friendly towards your goals and the company's goals in general.

      Cons

      Management and Leaders do not understand the intricacies and the big picture view of the products inside ZoomInfo and disregard views from Engineers and Developers (who have customer interactions as well) to better develop the products. Instead they destroy the product altogether by going in directions unsuitable and unsustainable for the product by destroying its true identity.

      One of the best employers in the region

      Pros

      The experience is worth working for and have met a lot of great people there. Open to learn a lot of stuff and really helpful people. Upper management listens to the lower people and makes us feel worth. People Experience team over there makes our lives on Zoominfo really memorable

      Nothing I encountered which is a dealbreaker
