      Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Stable, training is excellent and the patience when you first start is fantastic. Wonderful place to make a career change and get into sales. Steady trajectory and planned growth.

      Cons

      Pay is near the bottom in SDR roles. However, you can control that with an unlimited amount of commissions. A lot of movement and shuffling. Wolf of Wall-Streeter like work environment. Not conducive to great customer service.

      It’s nice to be a market leader and be able to sell a product you actually believe in.

      Cons

      Feels like initiatives and priorities are constantly shifting. Sometimes it feels like we don’t try one thing long enough to see if it actually works.
