      Pros

      -There are a lot of opportunities to move up within the company. They are very transparent about these opportunities and consider internal employees for a lot of open positions! -Very fast paced. Some people would consider this a con, but it is really cool to work for a company that has a lot of exciting things happening. -Great people. Everyone is super motivated here and they are all very friendly and inviting. The office is always buzzing with good conversation.

      Cons

      -Adding in a work from home policy/flexible work schedule would be really nice!
