      senior management is accessible and open to feedback. They demonstrate strong leadership it's a great place to work with a supportive culture, opportunities for growth, and competitive compensation

      Cons

      The company's culture aligns well with my values. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork, innovation, and diversity. However, communication between departments could be improved.

      Pros

      Industry leading product. Learn to sell on value instead of selling a commodity. A great and diverse tech stack. The product you're selling will be used by you to find buyers, very easy to get behind what you're selling. The progression is very quick and they expect you work hard and go above and beyond. Extremely supportive network of people, everyone has something to share and everyone wants others to win.

      Cons

      If you treat a sales job here like a regular 9-5 where you'll simply run through the motions don't bother applying, you'll be wasting your time. They want and heavily reward hard workers and motivated learners.
