Deceptive, myopic and unfair...a culture of confusion.

Pros

The compensation was (initially) compelling

Cons

Non-collaborative, unsupportive and myopic organization. Top down structure doesn't seem to value employees. Hiring and Firing is done with the same lack of care. Be careful of this employer because an offer is not always a real offer and "at-will" employment is taken to heart by the management team.

The most toxic work environment I have ever worked in The do not care about the well being of their employees Their product isn't really a product at all - not much technology behind it
