Pros

Zoot is an easy company to get hired at, but there are still many good employees. The training for new employees is ok and the only pressure new employees feel is self-directed. Choose-your-own level of stress. There is enough job variety to not get bored, and switching roles within the company is encouraged. Most senior members have had numerous different positions in their time.

Cons

Nature of the industry Zoot works in, but there is a lot of process. There is high turnover, especially in the senior technical roles. Internal directives will be pushed aside when the person heading that plan up leaves. Rarely there are phone calls in the middle of the night to troubleshoot live traffic, often with numerous managers on the call and lots of pressure being put out.
