- Mostly the work life balance is good in India. - Pay is good, not the best though. - Yearly refresher stocks.

Cons

- You might be expected to attend team meetings at 10 or even 11 PM to collaborate with members in other timezones. - Its rare, but you might not get refreshers and hike based on the performance. - Expectations from developers have been increasing a lot lately due to organisational changes - Cannot switch teams internally
