Pros

Fast growing, very dynamic company. Very direct communication streams - no issue to send an email to the CEO directly if necessary. Agile Executive team, C-level Execs are in Europe for customer meetings every month. Good team in CEUR, great colleagues, everybody is supportive and responsive.

Cons

Some processes still need to be established or improved. More responsibilities on EMEA level are needed, some things take to long if they need to be managed at HQ. But from my perspective that's just a matter of time and growth.

Pros

Zscaler provides a challenging but also fair and rewarding workplace. I love that the work is both technical and commercial which allows us to build a relationship with customers based on trust instead of FUD.

Cons

US companies don't understand the European concept of holidays, but I've always been able to work things out agreeably.
