Pros

Good work life balance, HR working to fix any shortcomings, open door policy to any senior/C-level, start-up energy but large enterprise professionalism. Pay is above average. A very well organized small company. Promisimg IPO. CEO is one of the brightest guys I met.

Cons

Short comings of a fast growing company: permanently bringing in talented people, but at a slower than needed pace. Not all benefits from corporate giants, but working to close the gap.

Pros

I've joined Zscaler earlier this year and am very glad I did. Not only did I believe and can now confirm that there is a high demand for the technology, but the spirit within the team is also something quite unique. I have a lot of respect for my colleagues as they are approachable and in their positions by merit. I've also experienced some very smart approaches to working together, sparking cooperation amongst peers and driving business forward. I feel that management is here to guide employees and not overburden us with unnecessary tasks and meetings, just for the sake of it.

Cons

Not everything might be in place from the start. It might be good to have a phone call with IT/HR before the start date to ensure equipment/document transfer is smooth.

Pros

Best part is the culture - quite open and flexible. Gives you a good work life balance. Moreover the hikes are good here. Minimum 10% for every team. Goes upto 40%.

Cons

Cannot think of any yet. Though, it would be great if facilities like bugger cafeteria, gym etc. are added. Although there's a lot of improvement in the infrastructure and they are doing a good job at it.
