Will be working on the latest things in networking. Wide variety of things to get hands on experience on. Decent comp structure, as RSUs are also granted with recent share prices, it really works out well.

Cons

Work life balance can take a hit as late nights, weekends/holidays can also seem as good as a workday. At times things are not so well documented and you need to find your way out for learning them on your own, so learning with tight deadlines and critical workflows can seem overwhelming.
