      Pros

      The Vinyl framework is very powerful and a lot of fun to work with. Coworkers are all knowledgeable and most importantly willing to help. The team is very supportive of your growth and will help you learn to make yourself a very valuable asset in the world of consulting. The senior developers are all extremely helpful and will help you get off the ground. I really enjoy my job.

      Can have very long days near deadlines. Some startup growing pains. But neither of these are necessarily unexpected.
