      Pros

      Can really feel the changes implemented by management of the last year. Guidance through COVID has been amazing. The product continues to make strides. The accelerated adoption of client developers shows the proof.

      Cons

      There aren’t many, maybe more cross company events. Interactions are limited to departments or the projects we are on. This is tough with COVID but even remote would be fine.
