Pros

There are a lot of pros: The people I work with are professional, respectful, patient, helpful, and passionate about their work. My job is almost 100% remote; collaborating is fairly easy and developers are eager to answer questions and provide guidance. The products we work on, and within, can do some amazing things, and it's great to be able to contribute to that. The innovative nature of the software and company in general inspires passion among employees. Leadership are usually a pleasure to work with. This seems quite different from other companies I've been at, where the concerns or ideas of lower-ranked people don't really get listened to. I feel like I can confidently share my ideas and I also feel like my personal input is valuable. Career-wise, this strikes me as a great setting for growth. You hit the ground running fairly fast but pick up some valuable skills along the way. The path for progression for many positions seems to be pretty clear cut.

Cons

It's still a fairly new organization, so sometimes company policies can be a little unclear or just difficult to track down. Sometimes different teams have different ways of working on applications, and it can be difficult to know what the official workflow should be in a given situation.

Pros

Customer first mentality - company doesn't have a boiler room mentality where only billables matter, good emphasis on being efficient and bringing VALUE to the client Vinyl Platform - Been with the company for just over a year, and the capabilities of Vinyl as a no-code platform have grown tremendously, and continues to improve. Work-life balance - Basically up to you to manage your own schedule. Can work on your own hours provided you have the discipline to own your deliverables. Zudy Employees - as a Vinyl developer, you have access to all types of subject matter experts. Whether you need to learn about API integrations, data migration, SQL management for example, there are many experts in the various fields, and they are all willing to help you with what you need.

Cons

Remote working is nice, but if you don't live in an area with other Zudy employee's it can be a hard learning curve initially.

Pros

When you put a powerful tool in the hands of smart people who won't accept the status quo, you have a recipe for success. Zudy projects deliver tremendous value to their clients in a very short period. If you want to work on transformative business apps, this is the place for you.

Cons

The rapid growth of Zudy has sometimes leaves the internal process struggling to catch up. But just like out client projects, Trish and team are quick to listen, adjust and deliver a better offering.
