nice place to work with lots of experts at first however culture destroyed by a failure in direction and project management
Cons
There is no profit being made from the output of the Bristol office. AI is becoming the main focus but not a guaranteed success judging by poor management decisions. Lay offs already made, seems like this company has no future at this location would avoid if you want secure employment. As a software engineer be prepared to work on code from Japan that is hard to understand and expect no recognition from management.
