Business Outlook
Pros
Zuken has a group of highly talented, passionate, and caring employees. I genuinely enjoyed working with almost every person at the company. I liked that there was a lot of transparency between management and the other employees.
Cons
Although the company stresses the importance of work/life balance (and gives its employees a very generous vacation package) many employees get swept up in their jobs and end up working much more than 40 hours a week.
