Pros

Great progression and training. I’ve learnt a lot since being here. No micromanaging, trusted to get on with the work

Cons

Systems are old and clunky. Instead of having 1 singular system, it’s spread over multiple which is confusion and wastes time. Also no room for pay increases, which doesn’t reflect the current market in this field.
