      Good working environment , good facilities, friendly people, very " Swiss " excellent location and offices. team members very helpful

      Cons

      Difficult to get suggestions adopted because of the slow process of feedback between individuals and management . I enjoyed working with my team members but I did feel like that was all I knew about the company

      Dealing with large multinational companies, managing their risks on a global scale, managing C suite relationship with the customers, give all employees the opportunity to be customer relevant and to experience the insurance market from an extremely close perspective. Zurich management style is very open and orientednto reward personal initiative and proactivity

      Cons

      High organizational complexity, sometimes accountability gets unclear because of the matrix management structure, decision making process can be slowed by that, resulting in some lost opportunities
