It is a challenging environment but very international even if it's a swiss corporation (much more global -also in terms of colleagues- than other competitors)

Cons

Still a bit bureaucratic, and not very innovative and prone to take risks. Life business needs more attention vs. general insurance

Good training, supportive team; the managers are actually passionate about their jobs and are nice people; promotion is merit based

Cons

Low salary for graduates, (25k+limited bonus); long hours if you count quanlification times in, it's actually well over 80 hours/wk..
