      Zürich BU has that small tight family feel, even though its big corporation. I didn't think that was possible before.

      Some software engineering is outsourced as a policy even if knowledge and skill is at hand

      - nice environment and offices - friendly colleagues - so far no constant pressure - some people are open minded and bring fresh perspectives

      Cons

      - being a corporate, things are moving very slowly, tech is old, change is tidious - salaries are low looking at Europe but probably good for Spain
