Awesome staff to work with who are willing to share their knowledge Helpful upper management Great mentoring program You will never not have anything to do

Work can become repetitive and mundane You will never not have anything to do This office i still a work in progress but the potential to be awesome is definitely there

Pros

Better than unemployment only because of health & dental benefits

Cons

Worst place I've ever been employed! Management is very unprofessional, Treatment is unfair and unbalanced, they will criticize without hesitation - usually uncalled for. No compassion for employees or debtors. I witnessed many unethical acts ... I felt harrassed and unappreciated the entire 6 months I worked there full-time. I referred to it as HELL.
