pros: coworkers make the job way better. having a support system really gets you through it

SO MUCH So much work that’s not with your pay. Micromanaged. Not allowed to talk to your coworkers. Thrown into different jobs.

Good environment, not crazy work load. Easy to be a star employee if you care enough to work.

Cons

They watch you like a hawk, bathroom breaks are timed. Someone from HQ is checking in on security cameras, I swear to god.
