Great people, interesting challenges to tackle, transparent leadership dedicated to the evolution of the product as well as the well being of its employees.

Cons

Can't complain. Zwift through a series of revamps, but they are moving fast on the right track now.

Many of the 5 star ratings are fake

Pros

Be careful to trust the recent 5 star ratings given on this thread. Some appear to be artificially "balanced" or reasonable posts. They are probably part of a marketing effort to bring up the glassdoor "score"

Cons

Toxic positivity. Be careful if you admit anything is a challenge or anything is not great. You will suffer consequences Believeing that amazon rather than zwift is the problem. No ownership of poor stragegy or accountability at the executive level!
