An outstanding company to work for. Management team is solid and consistent in its approach, there is clarity of strategic vision/outlook, commitment to both employees and clients. An ambitious and growing company with lots of opportunity. This company is very enabling thru its strong internal infrastructure of support and management guidance.

Flexible hours, casual dress, perks, 401k, good managers. Good weather. have less pressure when working with the projects than the other IT companies.

Cons

lower salaries, less benefits. However you got paid as what you have contributed. if you more room to improve your career, move on.
