Pros

Great bonus, unlimited budgets in some teams ( football and brand, originals ) amazing campus, passionate colleagues, international teams, travel for shoots and offsites Flexi time, great discount, sick leave and all the benefits of work council protected company under german law

Cons

Leadership is white male centric, Progression can be more about who rather than what you know, if you play the political game you are on to a winner, if you just want to do amazing work, be happy not to make it to director. Germany ( nuremberg or HZO ) is suitable for families or low key people, culture is oppressive for young creatives. Most people want to leave germany not adidas, making their working lives confusing.

Pros

Good work life balance, fair pay, good benefits, generally good and stable environment.

Cons

Career growth is slow (with some exceptions), leadership is not very inspiring and some leadership decisions seem to lack vision but that's just my opinion. Slow decision making, more bureaucratic than you would expect from a multinational company.
