I am a seasoned career professional with over 12 years of experience and the few short months at Alliantgroup will forever be the worst few months of my life. My job was a joke and a waste of my talents. It was completely different from what i was told. I was done everyday by 3 and tried to add more work to stay busy because guess what you cant leave until at the earliest 6:30 because of this god awful team meeting daily where people discuss their day. I have led many teams and have never needed to have these daily meetings because people got their work done and figured out how to solve them during normal working hours. The way management speaks to people is disgusting and manipulative. When I quit they tried to convince me to stay by telling me my new job doesn't seem promising and risky. P.S. they didn't even know what my new job was. They even offered to pay me 50k more because they are having issues with retaining employees. Later i found out that 2 other people on my team decided to quit that day too. I am not a bitter disgruntled ex employee who didn't get something they wanted. I was purely an observer in what i call a massive train wreck that the CEO keeps putting back on the tracks. I wish i would have read the real glassdoor reviews before working there. Yes many of these are fake, i was actually asked to write a fake one and declined. In addition i was asked to not write a bad review. I declined and said i will for sure be writing the truth that will hopefully result in change in the company or minimally an investigation to shut down the worst company ever.
