      Pros

      alliant is a great place to grow and develop your career. I personally transitioned from one of the core service lines to IT and made a new career for myself. This wouldn't have been possible if alliant didn't believe in its people and weren't willing to invest in its employees. Management is very supportive of your goals and will work with you to craft your desired career.

      The work can be very demanding at times. The business can change on a dime due to a variety of factors.
