      I come from a B.Com (Honours) background, and Alliant provided me with the opportunity to start my professional journey in the audit field, which is generally difficult to enter for non-CA candidates. The company supports employee growth through CPA degree reimbursement and promotes a positive work environment with engaging activities during non-busy seasons. Flexible working hours and good work-life balance further enhance the overall experience. The compensation offered is competitive compared to other companies in the industry.”

      Nothing I have noticed in 3 years, even professionals from big 4 come to Alliant for work life balance and less work pressure.
