I have been working at alliant for just over a year in an Associate role. It is a dynamic, energizing environment that I genuinely look forward to each day. The role consistently pushes me out of my comfort zone, fostering growth and learning. While the work is challenging, it's also deeply rewarding, thanks to the support of my colleagues, mentors, and leadership.

Cons

Although alliant has been in business for over 20 years it can sometimes feel like a start-up company with lack of process in some areas but a formal structure in other areas like training and mentoring. This can be exciting environment to some and chaotic to others. The area we work in with tax law and regulation changes you need to remain nimble and stay up to date to apply to the changes correctly for the clients. You will thrive here if you enjoy learning and can think on your feet.

Very bad company does it is one of the worst company which you will come a cross they will give you the falls hope and if you leave the company after working long duration also due to the personal growth they might not issue the required document they have will harass you and will try to get the money from you and then they will issue the document there are many candidates for which they have not issued the required documents also they will give the negative feedback in the bgv once you leave.
