Cons
1. They mention to provide work from home facility while onboarding, but eventually you won't be permitted to work from home. 2. Some teams work late nights for months, where as others stay idle for months, but getting equal or even high pay. 3. High influence of office politics on promotions and salary hikes. 4. They will dump the work load on you saying you are experienced. But will stop you while promotions or year end salary hikes saying no professional qualifications.
