      Underhanded practices when dealing with employees

      Soda machine use is free $5/day stipend for use at the building cafeteria

      Cons

      9.5 hour days minimum and most positions do not qualify for overtime A severe lack of planning/foresight at all management levels Understaffed for important job roles = more than 10 hour days to meet ridiculous deadines Least organized company for the department I worked within Part of the political-lobbyist "revolving door" scumbaggery

      Pros

      Free lunch and parking, and some decent looking coworkers. Other than that, I've got nothing good about this company.

      Cons

      --The "positive" reviews on here were written by the marketing girls --They fire people right before the holidays --They fire people if they don't work past 6:30 on more than 1 day --Management does not control any of their employees, who often run rampant around the office cussing and making a mess of other peoples workspaces

      Pros

      Free food if you work late, plenty of booze flows after 5. Good salary, but you earn it. Don't bother to break down your salary on an hourly basis, it will depress you. They do make money for their clients and themselves, and job creation is their mantra.

      Cons

      No work/life balance, rampant favortism, senior leaders sleep together. They mock potential hires, nothing escapes their criticism: race, religion, national origin, physical disabilities, sexual orientation, and wardrobe are favorite targets of the senior leadership. They have about 100 lawyers who work there, they feel rules do not apply to them because they can legally outmaneuver everybody, even the IRS. Good luck with that.
