      Pros

      This is a great place to work if you align with the mission and the culture. You will be given opportunities and experience that you will not receive at other large firms. Leadership puts an epmhisis on making sure they do right, or as right as they can, by employees. They will given them a fair shot and make sure they are taken care of

      Cons

      This is not for everyone, there will be long hours and you are going to have to do things out of your role. The expectation is you are a high performer so there is not much room for coasting so this is not for everyone
