Pros
Apexanalytix used to be an amazing company to work and growth where performance trumped optics. Hiring out of touch executive leadership with a lack of diversity that represents the modern day workforce has created an environment of subpar talent as that’s all they can attract. Retention of associates who demonstrate thought leadership or those that push back on their antiquated financial and AP practices are shunned.
Cons
Salary not market value. Lack of diversity in leadership roles. Women are far less represented than industry average. Fear based leadership. Return to office / hybrid fail.
