Hardworking Coworkers, Diversity, Some Leaders were good.

Cons

Worst job ever. Too many long hours. No appreciation. Crappy Product with lots of outages. Management is the worse. Bad culture starts from the top.

Pros

Great salary, commission, and company culture when I started. Competitive benefits and challenging work.

Cons

The commission kept being lowered, especially when I set much more appointments. And of course we all are guilty of gossip, but it can really hurt an individual and team when they are gossiped about by leaders in the company to each other and fellow employees. It just seems like for a company that prides themselves at being the "best", that would include to their workforce.
